The grey whales have begun their homecoming to the warm waters of the Baja Peninsula, completing their 5,000-mile migration from the Bering Sea in Alaska (the longest known mammal migration in the world). It's a sure sign that winter is on it's way when these playful creatures have returned to our sunny shores. Laguna San Ignacio and Magdalena are a popular stop for migrating whales.
